Valor Standard Group was founded by U.S. Navy veteran James Bratt after more than two decades of experience in flooring and property-service environments.
That experience helped shape a core belief behind Valor: leadership is stewardship.
Leadership means accepting responsibility for the people, resources, commitments, reputation, and opportunities entrusted to the company. Valor's leadership philosophy is grounded in preparation, discipline, accountability, service, and responsibility to something larger than ourselves.
As Valor grows, we intend to develop capable people, clear ownership, and disciplined systems so the company's standard becomes stronger—not more dependent on any one individual.
